I hate this company Sure Telecom (www.suretelecom.com.au). It has misled me by offering a pack saying that it is the best on offer. However, later I found from my friend that they charged me higher than what I wanted. When I called up their customer care, they said that their representative was new and did not know about packages. Nevertheless, why would I pay higher bills for their fault? I am puzzled and do not know what to do! Please help!
